Mrs. Rivas is a bilingual and bicultural licensed clinical social worker, with more than 13 years experience in the nonprofit sector. She has worked in variety of settings, such as with LGBTQ+ individuals, people with substance abuse problems, sexual assault survivors, and with partners who have been victimized. Ms. Rivas has been serving Erie patients since. Telehealth services are currently available for patients in the Behavioral Health. Mrs. Rivas belongs to the Perinatal team for Behavioral Health, which works with pregnant and postpartum woman. She is certified in trauma-informed and adult EMDR. Additionally, she provides individual and group counseling, medication assisted treatment as well as referrals to specialty services as well as Women's support groups.
